From here, look in the back corner here for a chest containing the Dungeon Map. Use the new death grip ring to jump across to the other side of the room. This new cage also has a bomb attached to it. This will raise the cage with death grip ring on the right and replace it with one on the left. Follow the handhold around the corner until you can go no further then lean back and jump off the wall to grab the Boatmans coin and land on the platform below. As you reach the edge of the platform, look to the left and slightly behind you to spot a way up. There is another chest on the far side of the gap here but we cant reach it just yet, so return to the lift room and check out the two doors here. Jump up here and pull yourself up the ledge at the top for a Book of the Dead page. As you reach the edge of the platform, look to your left to see a death grip ring. When the lift stops, head through the open passage to the east. Let’s knock the crystal for level 1 first and head down to the bottom of the dungeon. These are indicators for the floors this lift will stop at.
Note that the four crystals here each have a different Roman numeral associated with it. Look behind the statue at the very end of the room for a Book of the Dead page. Kill all the mummies in here and grab the chest. Ignore the lift for now and head straight through to the room beyond. As you enter look up and to the right to see a crystal we can shoot for a Stone of Mystics. The next room features another lift with crystals to activate. Hurry on over and under the half open gate. This will prevent the gate from dropping all the way to the floor. Step on the plate to lift the gate, then grab the plant with death grip and toss it at the golden pillar to push it under the door. Return to the pressure plate and if you destroyed all of the crystals, you will see another bomb plant above and to the left of you. Whilst you are here you can also wallrun up to the platform on the left for a chest. Drag it over and place it against the gate. See the tall golden pillar here? We can grab this with our death grip. Destroy all the crystals you can see.ĭrop down and head to the opposite side. On the top ledge you will find a bomb plant. For now we want to explore the right side of the room and climb up the various handholds here. To the left you will see two ledges covered in yellow crystals. Return to the elevator and go down, where the pillar will jam it and let you proceed to the boss fight with the Phariseer.As you enter you will see a pressure plate that will raise the gate in front. Puzzle 3: After raising the bridge, grab the big pillar with deathgrip and drag it to the pressure plate under the elevator. While the cage is being lowered, use deathgrip to hop across, before the other cage is raised. Hop back to the beginning of the level and use redemption to shoot the bomb and trigger the button. Throw some bombs back to where the button is, then stick one to it. Jump across, where you’ll find sticky bombs on the opposite side of the cage (also on this side is the dungeon map in a chest to the left). Puzzle 2: Press the orange button, lowering a cage with a deathgrip icon. Step off the plate and the gate will be pried open by the pillar. Step on the pressure plate to raise the gate, then grab a sticky bomb and throw it at the pillar to get it under the gate.
